Adult Individual Counselling

Whether you're facing challenges, seeking personal development, or simply need a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, a counselling session is a dedicated time for self-care and reflection.

Child and Adolescent Counselling

Child and adolescent counselling is tailored to meet the developmental needs, communication styles, and unique challenges of young individuals. Age-appropriate techniques, play-based interventions, and creative approaches are utilized to engage with clients, recognizing and addressing the specific concerns and experiences that arise during the formative years of childhood and adolescence.
