New Client Consultation
A complementary consultation to explore the possibility of working together.
Reduced Rate Sessions with Graduate Intern Therapist
Services are provided by a graduate student (supervised by Amy Patterson, Registered Psychologist). Sessions are $40, or less if needed—pay what works for you. Let us know, and we’ll adjust accordingly. No financial proof or application is required.
Adult Individual Counselling
Whether you're facing challenges, seeking personal development, or simply need a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, a counselling session is a dedicated time for self-care and reflection.
Child and Adolescent Counselling
Child and adolescent counselling is tailored to meet the developmental needs, communication styles, and unique challenges of young individuals. Age-appropriate techniques, play-based interventions, and creative approaches are utilized to engage with clients, recognizing and addressing the specific concerns and experiences that arise during the formative years of childhood and adolescence.
