Hi, I’m Bria, I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. As a late-diagnosed autistic therapist, I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent people better understand themselves and make sense of their inner world.

Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating burnout, identity shifts, unmasking, boundary setting, and the lasting emotional impact of years of feeling misunderstood both in their personal lives and conventional therapeutic settings. My approach is neuro-affirming, grounded in lived experience, and rooted in compassion. I integrate psychoeducation with practical tools and strategies that clients can apply in their everyday lives, empowering them to better understand their experiences and create meaningful, sustainable change.
